Appeals Commission is an ombudsman agency for civil servants that operates under the mission of protecting the rights and interests of civil servants through fair and objective examination to remedy any illegal or unfair disciplinary action or other unfavorable treatment by an administrative agency. Since our establishment in 1963, we have continuously contributed to helping civil servants fully focus on their work with peace of mind.
On our website, we provide a variety of services, including online submission of appeals and grievance cases, a search function for previous decisions, and a status check function for appeal cases, among others. Going forward, we promise to continue to take the lead in protecting the rights and interests of civil servants by conducting grievance examinations in a fair and objective manner.
